  1. Well it looks like the victims who went through brokers will get SIPC cover. What about the 4000+ other victims who did not?

    They will be worse off than before since SIPC will attempt to recover their losses from the receiver.

    There has been a lot of disinformation in this campaign to lead senators supporting SIPC cover that everyone will be helped and this is simply not true!
