What went wrong? Antigua's FSRC and their banking privacy laws gave Sir Allen a far freer hand than Bernie Madoff. The people to ask are Leroy King, Errol Cort, Lester Bird, Baldwin Spencer and Justin Simon. Also C.A.S. Hewlett, but he's not talking.

So far Antigua has yet to even file charges.
